hey, I'm Asia. Photographer and owner of ghost light foto.

I'm the intuitive, thoughtful, and impactful photographer of your fever dreams. Having been an integral part of documenting the queer communities that I belong to, I've become hyper aware of telling the story that my subjects wants me to tell. I make photographs for the people in them.

Being an art school grad, I have a wild way of looking and seeing. I've been a professional photog for 15 years, shooting film, digital, and polaroid. My most formative client is the drag queen community in San Francisco, where I originally got my footing - shooting portraiture and nightlife. I'm an expert at directing editorial-style photo shoots, documenting history, and capturing nuanced moments.
